Disney Movies T-shirts

I can still remember the first time I saw an animated film, I was only 6 and the Lion King was playing on Theaters and I couldn’t wait to see it, all those cute little animals, with their cute little voices and the heart felt stories just left a big mark inside my heart. I even cried from the  beginning to the end of the movie (spoiler alert for those who haven’t seen it) after Simba’s dad died in hands of Scar and since then I haven’t been able to stop loving all sorts of animated movies, specially of course disnea’s and pixar’s.

Since 1937, with the first diney’s movie production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, based on the fairy tale, created in full color and with his astonishing success,  kids and adults have been completely attracted and mesmerized by de incredible creations of the genius Walt Disney and his company. Disney movies have that special combination of sweetness, realness, amazing animation and imagination that lets us all dreaming of wonderful fairy tails, most probably your kids or even your self have dreamt of being one of the characters of a Disney movie, from being Snow white and one of her dwarfs all the way to wanting to be Dory and rescue Nemo. Disney movies have been an essential part of who we are and of our growth as kids.

Today at Shirts House we have the decided to honor this amazing movies, with our little top list  of the Disney movies we love (even tho we loved them all and would love to include all of them), with no specifically order since all of them are just as amazing as the others,  and with some amazing T-shirt designs for you to share with your kids and family.

  • FROZEN  (2013)

Being almost a “new” movie, Frozen takes place on our list for the impact it created on little and grown up girls, who just felt identified by the story of a fearless princess who sets off on a journey alongside a rugged iceman, his loyal pet reindeer, and a naïve snowman to find her estranged sister, whose icy powers have inadvertently trapped the kingdom in eternal winter.  We loved this film for it’s ideas of not being understood, not being able to show yourself as you are believing others might judge you, if they found out who you actually were, as Happens to Elsa during the movie, to find out in the end that being who you are is just perfectly normal and could even be a gift the world hasn’t had the courage to admire. And how to forget the catchy song Let it Go? - Demi Lovatto, sang all over the globe in different languages once the movie came out.

  • THE LION KING (1994)
The Lion King

As stated before, this is one of my favorite movies for the impact it created in my life, but beyond that, this heartfelt story can melt anyone’s heart. The Lion King tells the story of Simba, a young lion who is to succeed his father, Mufasa, as King of the Pride Lands; however, after Simba's uncle Scar murders Mufasa, Simba is manipulated into thinking he was responsible and flees into exile. Upon maturation living with two wastrels, Simba is given some valuable perspective from his childhood friend, Nala, and his shaman, Rafiki, before returning to challenge Scar to end his tyranny and take his place in the Circle of Life as the rightful King. The Lion King  is the 32nd Disney animated feature film, and the fourth animated film produced during a period known as the Disney Renaissance.

  • HERCULES (1997)

Before marvel’s superheroes took over our screens and our hearts, there was a young hero, filled with silliness, but a great heart, born from no other than Zeus, who had taken over of all of us. Hercules, the son of the Greek Gods Zeus and Hera is stripped of his immortality as an infant and must become a true hero in order to reclaim it. Hercules must match wits with Grecian beauty Meg, while falling in love with her  and a comical hothead named Hades, who plans to take over the Universe. Hercules was just our hero and the most beloved mortal God.

  • MULAN (1998)
Mulan We all love princesses, their delicacy, the idea of finding prince charming but to find a fierce princess who is willing to take of her dress, wear an armor and act like a boy in order to save her dad, from harm on a battle is just something out of this world and something we just absolutely love! This is exactly what Mulan does, Fearful that her ailing father will be drafted into the Chinese military, Mulan (Ming-Na Wen) takes his spot -- though, as a girl living under a patriarchal regime, she is technically unqualified to serve. She cleverly impersonates a man and goes off to train with fellow recruits. Accompanied by her dragon, Mushu (Eddie Murphy), she uses her smarts to help ward off a Hun invasion, falling in love with a dashing captain along the way.

  • WALL-E (2008)
Wall E

The earth is inhabited, filled with only piles and piles of dirt and a little cleaning robot named Wall-E  and his little cockroach friend. Inadvertently Wall-E embarks on a space journey that will ultimately decide the fate of mankind, after falling in love with another robot that lands on earth on a discovery spaceship (to find life on earth) called Eva. Wall-e goes through a million of adventures, problems and curious situations while trying to gain Eva’s heart and while Eva tries to give a plant she found on earth to the ships captain. It is a lovely story filled with joy, excitement, adventure and of course the amazing love that is born between this cute little robots.

  • FINDING NEMO (2003)
Finding Nemo

This story, created by Disney and Pixar, touched every little kid’s life and grown up’s too! Two clownfish, Marlin and Coral, admire their new home in the Great Barrier Reef and their clutch of eggs when a barracuda attacks, knocking Marlin unconscious. He wakes up to find that Coral and all but one of the eggs have been eaten by the barracuda. Marlin names this last egg Nemo, a name that Coral wanted. With the fear of losing Nemo, Marlin does everything to keep Nemo safe, almost avoiding him to live a normal life, which makes Nemo try to adventure outside of Marlin’s limits, but as always we disobey parents, everything goes grown and Nemo gets captured by a men who’s fishing. Marlin finds out and does everything he can, as much as crossing the ocean to find his little son, in company of a little blue fish, with memory problems called Dory, who just becomes everyone’s favorite character of all time.

Toy Story

We’ve all played with our toys, giving them life, life stories, imagining they are real and they are part of those amazing imaginary worlds we create while we are little, but do toy actually have life? do the talk, move and walk while we are away?… Toy story lets our minds fly away with those ideas. Woody , a good-hearted cowboy doll who belongs to a young boy named Andy, sees his position as Andy's favorite toy jeopardized when his parents buy him a Buzz Lightyear  action figure. Even worse, the arrogant Buzz thinks he's a real spaceman on a mission to return to his home planet. When Andy's family moves to a new house, Woody and Buzz must escape the clutches of maladjusted neighbor Sid Phillips and reunite with their boy. As we all know, this is just the first part of the story, since Toy Story has now 3 Sequels, each as amazing as the last! I believe we’ll never get tired of seeing these amazing toys on the screen.
